Together we enter the forest,
open to experiencing what is.
The arms of the forest provide a grounded
and supportive space.
The trees help to
regulate our brain and body, making it easier for us to breathe, think and
to sink into our hearts.
Trees don’t judge us
We are there to be.
We are there to be curious. We are there to connect to all parts of self, including your instinctual self.
Our bodies react to the environment around us. Our bodies have an instinctive relationship with others. Sometimes we are shut off to our bodies and to the signals it sends us.
Connecting to plant and animal life can be a helpful way to reconnect with your body and understand your instinctual nature.
Sometimes we forget that we are not separate from nature, we are nature too.
In many indigenous languages there is not a word for nature, because it is not seen as separate.
In the forest we are reset.
We fall back into our natural state. There our minds can be still. In this silence it is much easier to our inner wisdom. In this space we can seek to understand from an all encompassing perspective. We can explore. We can learn.
